The Hallsville Police Department is responsible for all police duties inside the corporate city limits of Hallsville, Missouri.

The Hallsville, Missouri Police Department employs two full-time officers and one part-time officer. The Hallsville Police Department is also comprised of several dedicated men and women who are commissioned by the department as reserve officers. These reserve officers volunteer their time to the department in service to the community.

If you need EMERGENCY assistance from a Hallsville Police Officer, call 9-1-1. If you need assistance from a Hallsville Police Officer for a non-emergency matter (non-life threatening, and/or not in progress), call Boone County Joint Communications at 573-442-6131 and they will immediately dispatch an officer to contact you.
