The Hallsville Police Department is responsible for all police duties inside the corporate city limits of Hallsville, Missouri.  

The Hallsville, Missouri Police Department employs one full-time Police Chief, two full-time Police Officers and two part-time Police Officers. The Hallsville Police Department is also comprised of several dedicated men and women who are commissioned by the department as reserve officers. These reserve officers volunteer their time to the department in service to the community.

If you need EMERGENCY assistance from a Hallsville Police Officer, call 9-1-1. If you need assistance from a Hallsville Police Officer for a non-emergency matter (non-life threatening, and/or not in progress), call 3-1-1 and they will immediately dispatch an officer to contact you.
