Voter Registration

Persons age 18 or older can register to vote.  Picture I.D. is required.   Absentee ballots and election information may be obtained at 886-4375.

You can fill out, print, sign, and mail the Missouri Voter Registration Application.

Driver and Vehicle Licenses

Can be obtained at the Department of Revenue Office at 403 Vandiver Dr., Suite B, 573/474-4700. New Missouri residents have 30 days to obtain state driver’s and vehicle license. The local driver’s testing station of the Missouri State Highway Patrol is at the same location; call (573) 884-1399 for more information.

Marriage Licenses

Can be obtained at the County Recorder of Deeds Office at 801 E Walnut, Boone County Government Center, Columbia, MO.  Proof of age and legal name is required.  Call 886-4350 or more information.
